We will meet initially for a discovery session. Just like a personal trainer, I want to get to know you and help you set realistic goals. Next, I’ll develop an eating plan to help you reach them. We will continue to meet at regular intervals to make sure you are able to follow the plan, and measure your progress.

Yoga, as it is applied to the individual, yields far more benefits than you might imagine. A yoga practice designed specifically for you can bring positive changes to your body, mind and emotional state. I will teach you how to apply yoga’s tools, such as breathing, meditation and movement, in a way that works for you.
The Thoughtful Kitchen – Whole Foods Cooking Classes
One reason people don’t eat well is they lack the confidence, skills, and knowledge of what to eat, and how to prepare it. Chef Jennifer Pollard makes healthful cooking delicious, easy and fun! In our small group, hands-on cooking classes, you’ll practice essential kitchen skills, and prepare meals that have been thoughtfully planned to deliver great nutrition.
