It’s a road map guiding you toward better health, which is based on your unique goals and needs.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, stabilize your blood sugar, lower cholesterol, or reduce anxiety, there are steps you can take. I will listen to you, and develop a plan to help you make changes that support health. I draw on many aspects of wellness to formulate your program. Often we will integrate changes in diet, exercise, and stress management. I utilize my training in nutrition, fitness, yoga, and meditation to help clients bring balance into their lives.
